In 1992, SYNCHROLINE^® was founded in Salò, on the shores of Lake Garda, from a vision uniting passion, curiosity, and scientific rigor. It began in Dr. de Paoli Pharmacy, a nationally historic pharmacy (recognized by the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce and as a “historic shop” by the Lombardy Region), where pioneering research started on the mechanisms related to the biomechanical properties of the skin and wound healing (leading to TERPROLINE^® products).

This laid the groundwork for a new way of caring for the skin, where cosmetics and dermatology meet, guided by a unique and innovative conceptual approach.
Since then, every product has been developed in Italian laboratories through years of research, clinical testing, and collaboration with the medical community, resulting in dermocosmetic solutions that are effective, safe, and patented.

SYNCHROLINE^® expanded from Italy to the international stage and is present in many countries worldwide (North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia), yet the beating heart remains in Italy—where it all began.
